Julian Neal Begins a New Defensive Chapter in Seattle Seahawks Football

Julian Neal arrived in Seattle as the 99th overall pick in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The cornerback spent his first four college seasons at Fresno State before transferring to Arkansas for his final year, where he became a starter and raised his profile enough to become an NFL draft selection. At 6-foot-2 and 203 pounds, Neal gives Seattle a long, physical option in the secondary.

The move to Arkansas proved important for Neal's development. After recording 44 tackles and two interceptions during his Fresno State career, he stepped into a larger role with the Razorbacks before beginning his professional career in Seattle. The Seahawks viewed him as another young piece for a secondary already featuring established players such as Devon Witherspoon and Josh Jobe.

A Julian Neal T-Shirt captures the beginning of his Seattle chapter rather than an established NFL legacy. As a young cornerback working his way into the Seahawks' defensive rotation, Neal gives fans a chance to follow another developing name in the next generation of Seattle's secondary.
